JOB DESCRIPTION: Supply Chain Management: Coordinate and supervise supply chain activities, including product receipt, storage, order preparation, and distribution. Storage and Organization: Place products in designated areas according to established procedures and maintain corresponding file records. Goods Receipt: Verify the quantity and quality of received products and record their entry into the system. Process raw material receipts and issuances. Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and conduct periodic audits to ensure stock level accuracy. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship products according to customer or production requests and issue invoices. Documentation Handling: Record receipts and issuances in computerized or manual systems and prepare stock reports. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or completed university degree (preferred) in Logistics, Engineering, etc. Experience: 1–2 years in warehousing, logistics, or related fields, plus a forklift operator license. Technical Skills: Inventory management, warehouse management systems (ERP, ODOO), forklift operation (desirable). Personal Skills: Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and responsibility.
