We are a socially responsible company and a Great Place to Work®, offering our talent the opportunity to build a successful career within a culture of high trust, safety, diversity, and inclusion. **About the Position** Deliver training to internal/external personnel by implementing training processes and developing new courses, aligned with the methodological guidelines established by the Training and Technical Regulatory Management. **Responsibilities** * Deliver technical training to internal/external personnel in person and/or online, aimed at increasing knowledge of lightweight construction systems, ensuring learning through assessments. * Develop, produce, and/or update training materials and/or website content related to the promotion of USG systems, ensuring engagement in the courses offered. * Develop or prepare reports related to training sessions to ensure participant satisfaction and maintain control and statistics that support continuous improvement of courses offered through Academia. * Ensure availability and proper functionality of materials/supplies required for training delivery, including tools, documentation, instructional and hands-on training materials. **Required Knowledge for This Position:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree with experience in training or technical instruction * Knowledge of pedagogy and instructional design, and development of training content * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of the construction sector, blueprint reading, construction processes, and use of hand tools (preferred) **Required Skills** * Experience delivering training or teaching at educational institutions / group facilitation (2 years). * Experience delivering technical courses involving the use of tools * On-site trainer / architectural firm trainer / construction-related workshop trainer (preferred) **We Offer** * Competitive base salary aligned with market standards. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (Major Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Housing Fund, Gasoline Vouchers). * Growth opportunities.
