Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support intern for an industrial electronic equipment distributor who will log support requests, remotely resolve customer inquiries, and assist with documentation and material creation. Technical Support Engineer Intern. An industrial electronic equipment distributor is seeking a technical support intern. On-site position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Workday of 6 hours \+ 1 hour for lunch. The workplace is located in **Mitras Zone**, within the municipality of Monterrey; it is important to have convenient transportation access to this area. We are near an **ECOVIA** station and Line 1 of the **METRO**. We are also close to UANL San Nicolás Campus and UVM Cumbres Campus. **Requirements:** · Student pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field. · Basic knowledge of electronics and instrumentation. · Basic knowledge of automation and/or configuration of control equipment. · Intermediate and technical English proficiency. · Strong spelling and writing skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** · Log customer support requests. · Remotely resolve inquiries regarding equipment operation. · Resolve internal inquiries from the sales team. · Contact technical departments of commercial partners to resolve inquiries (in English). · Document failure incidents and corresponding solutions. · Develop support materials for training the sales and support teams. · Create simplified Spanish-language instruction guides for equipment and/or their configurations. · Provide technical information to sales staff and customers. · Assist the support team with equipment setup and testing for units sold and shipped from our facilities. **Company Employment Offer:** · Salary: $8,000 Monthly.
