We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Site Reliability Engineering Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring system reliability scalability and performance. Proficiency in English is essential and domain expertise in Industrial Manufacturing or Automotive Industry is a plus. Responsibilities * Ensure the reliability availability and performance of critical systems by implementing SRE best practices. * Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust infrastructure solutions. * Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. * Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture processes and incident management. * Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement long\-term solutions to prevent recurrence. * Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in infrastructure and applications. * Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. * Work closely with development teams to integrate reliability and scalability into the software development lifecycle. * Implement and manage monitoring tools to gain insights into system performance and user experience. * Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SRE and cloud technologies to drive innovation. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet service level objectives and agreements. * Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all system operations. Qualifications * Possess strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices. * Demonstrate proficiency in automating tasks using scripting languages and tools. * Have experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or Splunk. * Exhibit knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud. * Showcase familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies . * Possess excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Have domain knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing or Automotive Industry (nice to have). * Demonstrate strong communication skills in English both written and verbal. * Be adept at collaborating with cross\-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. * Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies. * Display a strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles. * Have a proven track record of delivering high\-quality solutions in a timely manner.
