Job Summary: Grupo Toscaf is seeking a Coffee Mill Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain coffee mills, ensuring equipment quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and monitoring of the coffee mill production plan. 2. Inspection and assurance of equipment and grinding. 3. Cleaning and inspection of equipment. Grupo Toscaf is seeking a COFFEE MILL OPERATOR Duties to be performed: \- Operation of 2 coffee mills. \- Monitoring of the production plan. \- Handling and movement of green coffee beans. \- Completion of quality forms. \- Inspection and assurance of equipment and grinding. \- Ensuring proper equipment functionality. \- Cleaning and inspection of equipment. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. We are located in San Jerónimo, across from CFE. Night shift: 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Thursday. Statutory benefits. Gross salary: MXN 11,770 monthly / MXN 2,737.82 weekly. Attendance and punctuality bonus: +10% weekly. Monthly productivity bonus: MXN 1,500. Employment type: Full-time.
