Project Engineer (Construction)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer/Architect with experience in construction projects, capable of developing construction documentation and coordinating disciplines. Key Highlights: 1. Development of documentation and construction drawings. 2. Multidisciplinary coordination and project management. 3. Ensuring compliance with regulations and technical specifications. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (employment stability required). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, AutoCAD, Revit. * Must reside in Nuevo León. Main Responsibilities: * Development of documents related to the construction project. * Preparation of construction drawings (floor plans, sections across various disciplines). * Ensuring compliance with project regulations and technical specifications. * Quantification of project volumes. * Tracking all documentation for construction projects. * Coordination and interface with disciplines such as structural and MEP engineering. * Coordination with internal and external departments—including Procurement, Operations, Projects, and Suppliers—to provide technical support for quotations. * Monitoring construction progress and its impact on the budget. * Supporting value engineering design without compromising project quality. * Experience in projects requiring technical precision, version control, and multidisciplinary coordination. * Quotation of projects.
