Position Summary: Review of customs entry forms and annexes, foreign trade advisory services, management of fines and customs defense, preparation of legal submissions, and handling of customs inspections. Management of fines, compensations, and defense before authorities Job Description: Review of customs entry forms and annexes to ensure legal compliance for Imports and Exports Advisory services to account executives on foreign trade matters Completion of customs adjudication reports in the SIR Adjudication Module Management and control of fine and compensation payments Defense management via official platforms before authorities Preparation of written submissions to resolve customs incidents Compilation of customs incident case files Incident tracking and notification to Quality when an incident occurs; request for extraordinary services Cross-checking of customs entry forms against annexes and prior evidence Review of error corrections in second adjudications Review of customs entry capture reports Identification and notification to account executives of applicable tariff regulations and restrictions for goods Handling of customs inspections with discrepancies prior to fine imposition Foreign trade advisory services to clients upon prior authorization, with copy to Operations Manager Foreign trade advisory services to clients via videoconference or phone call in the presence of the Operations Manager or Account Executive Management and control of motorcycle maintenance Compliance with processes related to Physical Security, Information Security, and Supply Chain Security (Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
