Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational industrial safety technical leader to structure and lead the EHS culture at a new high-complexity terminal. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the EHS culture in a new high-complexity operation. 2. Develop and shape EHS processes from scratch. 3. Comprehensive risk management for construction, plants, and railway operations. We are looking for a strategic and operational professional to lead the EHS culture at our new high-complexity terminal located in **Pesquería, Nuevo León**. We seek a well-rounded expert who masters both construction site safety and critical risks in operational plants and railway operations. Your Key Responsibilities: * **Ground-Up Structuring:** Develop and shape EHS processes for a new, high-complexity operation. * **Field Risk Management:** Proactively supervise dynamic on-site risks, ensuring an active prevention culture. * **Contractor Oversight:** Manage supplier and contractor safety during industrial facility construction projects. * **Railway and Industrial Safety:** Control risks associated with rail tracks, railway operations, plant operations, and chemical handling. * **Administrative Compliance:** Ensure discipline in submitting administrative evidence, reports, and departmental metrics. What Profile Are We Seeking? * **Education:** Industrial, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or related field **(Completed/Degree awarded).** * **Critical Experience (Minimum 4 years):** \* Solid, verifiable experience **in both operational plants and industrial facility construction projects**. * Specific experience in **railway safety** (risk management for rail tracks and operations). * **Technical Competencies:** \* In-depth knowledge of **STPS** regulations, civil protection, and environmental regulations. * Solid understanding of management systems (**ISO 14001, ISO 45001**, etc.). * **Key Skills:** Ability to serve as trainer/facilitator for training, excellent management of operational personnel, and assertive communication. * **Mobility and Logistics:** Must have a **personal vehicle** for frequent travel and reside in areas near **Pesquería, Cadereyta, or Apodaca, N.L.** What We Offer: * **Monthly Salary:** $35,000 MXN gross. * Statutory benefits and competitive perks.
