Leverage advanced AI to accelerate development with senior-level judgment We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer (Android) to build and scale an industrial tablet app with outstanding UI/UX. The system must operate “offline-first”: if the network goes down, the app continues functioning seamlessly, saves all data locally, and synchronizes upon reconnection; when online, it sends data to the backend in real time. Responsibilities * Develop features in React Native (TypeScript) targeting Android tablets. * Design and build high-quality UI/UX: professional, modern, simple, consistent, and “futuristic”, paying attention to micro-interactions, states (loading/empty/error), accessibility, and performance. * Translate wireframes/prototypes into “pixel-perfect” interfaces and propose UX improvements, optimizing workflows, steps, and operator errors. * Implement local persistence with SQLite, including migrations, queries, performance, and storage management. * Design and execute robust synchronization: outbox/queue, retries, error handling, and reconnection. * Support “near real-time” integration with the platform, connecting to existing APIs (.NET / SQL Server). * Resolve concurrent record editing using concurrency control strategies and conflict resolution. * Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement. * Use AI advanced techniques to accelerate development: assisted code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and debugging with senior-level judgment. Requirements * 5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years in React Native (Android). * Proficiency in TypeScript, mobile architecture, state management, performance, and debugging. * Proven experience with UI/UX in mobile apps: reusable component design, design systems, visual consistency, and excellent user experience. * Proven experience with SQLite on mobile and offline-first/sync patterns. * Experience integrating with REST and/or real-time APIs (WebSockets/SignalR). * Real-world experience using AI tools for development with measurable impact. Desirable * Experience in UX design or leading UX decisions for products. * Knowledge of .NET/SQL Server and synchronization patterns.
