Contribute to delivery efficiency and traceability At Bebida Viva, we are looking for a **Logistics and Warehouse Intern** to provide operational support in order tracking, document control, system updates, and inventory monitoring, thereby contributing to delivery efficiency and traceability. **Functions and Responsibilities:** **Logistics and Distribution:** * Generate shipping labels for out-of-town orders. * Track shipping labels, deliveries, and incidents with courier services. * Generate and validate documentation for local routes. * Monitor the status of orders and deliveries. * Support tracking of returns and operational incidents. **Administration and Control:** * Update and enter information into ERP/WMS systems. * Manage and archive logistics documentation and delivery proof records. * Update internal controls and operational tracking dashboards. * Provide general administrative support to the logistics and warehouse department. **Inventory and Warehouse:** * Support inventory monitoring. * Validate inventory movements in the system. * Support material and product control and traceability activities. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Administrative tracking and control. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Analytical ability and incident resolution capability. **Requirements** Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting at $8,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
