Perform general maintenance activities DESCRIPTION **General Assistant** -------------------- "Mexican company offering DesignBuild services for industrial process cooling, heating, and ventilation projects, as well as specialized preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC processes across various companies" **Location**: Apodaca, Nuevo León (Near Preparatoria 1) **Salary**: $10,680 monthly #### **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, Saturday half-day ### **Job Responsibilities:** * **Support for Maintenance Officers and Technicians:** Actively collaborate with technical staff in performing various maintenance tasks, learning and applying established procedures. * **Assistance in General Machinery Cleaning:** Participate in cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure an optimal and safe working environment. * **General Maintenance Activities:** Perform other support and general maintenance tasks as required, contributing to smooth operational functioning. ### **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Base Salary:** $10,680.00. * **Statutory Benefits:** Social security, year-end bonus, vacation time, vacation premium, etc. * **Overtime Opportunity:** Possibility to work overtime, compensated according to law: the first 9 hours paid at double rate, and from the 10th hour onward paid at triple rate. * **Uniforms:** We provide uniforms for job duties. ### **Work Schedule:** We understand the importance of work-life balance. Work schedules may vary depending on operational needs but generally adapt to daily requirements, with most shifts ending around 5:30 PM. The following options are available: * **Option 1:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * **Option 2:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break. * **Saturdays:** Shift from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. * **Fixed Day Off:** Sunday. **Apply today and take the first step toward a promising future!**
