Controlling Synapsis **Job Req ID:** 132719 **Location:** San Luis Potosi, MX, 78395 **Objective of the position** * Participate in the further development and ensure the implementation of controlling processes and/or instruments (e.g., cost and activity accounting, cost-unit accounting, management reporting, etc.). * Additional (across the entire group): Participation in establishing, further developing, and maintaining controlling processes and/or instruments; establishment of group standards; definition, development, maintenance, and administration of required master data and systems. * Participate in the implementation and use of the DGT (DRÄXLMAIER global template) within the synapsis program at Controlling in the implementation location, aligning with the strategic direction of the synapsis program while simultaneously adhering to the company’s strategic direction. * Participate in ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of assigned deliverables, in accordance with the synapsis program methodology. * Serve as the contact person for the project manager regarding the synapsis roll-out. * Serve as the contact person for the central governance team of DGT, ensuring a consistent implementation solution. Principal Activities: * Act as internal and external contact person (e.g., for the extended process implementation team, DGT central governance team, functional approval committees) in the Controlling area; cooperate in internal working groups (e.g., decision meetings on requested deviations, Fit/Gap meetings, design meetings). * Participate in creating internal documentation and assist in preparing external documentation (e.g., process documentation, Functional Specification Documents [FSDs], training materials, etc.), and present them (e.g., during extended team meetings). * Identify general ongoing education needs (e.g., SAP training) within Controlling across the company; plan and organize internal and external training on complex topics, both domestically and internationally (e.g., for all relevant synapsis systems to support innovations/changes). * Support defining and optimizing internal standards (e.g., customization projects, training documentation) and complex processes in Controlling. * Monitor/identify trends in Controlling (e.g., new SAP features available at the implementation location) to develop new concepts; propose recommendations for improvements. * Primarily performs conceptual activities within their area of expertise (e.g., development of business continuity measures, etc.). * Participate in preparing Fit/Gap analyses, testing, training, and pilot sessions for newly developed SAP processes and applications. * Participate in implementing Fit/Gap sessions, testing, training, and pilot phases for processes and applications developed under the synapsis program. * Develop specifications to optimize and stabilize DGT. * Ensure execution of requested customizations in SAP and/or other applications (e.g., Teamcenter, MES). * Receive and coordinate change requests from the implementation location; conduct development reviews and evaluate implementation options together with involved departments (e.g., IT, etc.). * Analyze areas for improvement; coordinate error analysis and propose solutions to eliminate errors and develop improvement suggestions. * Support resolution of difficult questions/issues, including special cases (e.g., on-site support, hypercare/post-implementation support, etc.). * Ensure knowledge transfer and its dissemination to the RUN organization and to the community of process partners. * Availability for business trips and/or delegations within and outside the country, which may account for approximately 30% of working time. * Cross-functional collaboration: * Promote and maintain efficient, partnership-based collaboration with all departments requiring interaction. * Respect and apply escalation procedures agreed upon with superiors. **Requirements:** Professional career: * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Controlling, or Engineering Relevant experience: * Finance * SAP S/4HANA CO / PS * Project Management * SAP project rollout & migration Technical knowledge: * Microsoft Excel * SAP CO/PS * SAP FI * Product integrity * Specific customer requirements Languages: * English – Advanced level **Continue with your professional development and apply now!**
