Job Summary: Leads production teams and manages machinery scheduling to optimize the production process, ensuring plan compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead operator and feeder teams to meet production plans 2. Manage personnel to establish optimal production lines 3. Ensure technical training to strengthen team competencies Responsibilities * Lead operator and feeder teams to guarantee compliance with the production plan by correctly scheduling machinery usage and efficiently managing line clearances during each production changeover. * Manage personnel based on job profiles and performance indicators to establish optimal production lines that ensure achievement of operational objectives. * Ensure execution of necessary technical training to strengthen team competencies and optimize their performance within the production process. Essential Knowledge for the Position: * Interpersonal relationship management at all levels. * Production: Printing and screen printing. * Printing techniques: Offset – Screen printing \- Hotstamping.
