Job Summary: This role seeks a full stack developer to lead web development initiatives, ensure optimal performance and scalability of applications, and propose technological improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Design, develop, and optimize robust and scalable web applications. 2. Lead code reviews and guide the development team. 3. Participate in technical decision-making and propose architectural improvements. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and technical quality of web applications, guaranteeing that the design, architecture, and performance of solutions align with objectives defined in the strategic plan. This role will lead development initiatives, propose technological improvements, conduct code reviews, and collaborate closely with key teams to ensure correct implementation of the development roadmap and evolution of Meddi’s technology ecosystem. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, develop, and optimize robust, scalable, and secure web applications, adhering to the organization’s development roadmap and technical standards. * Define and implement efficient front-end and back-end architectures aligned with strategic objectives. * Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers. * Build and maintain high-performance, reliable APIs, microservices, and backend services. * Ensure software quality through unit, integration, and automated testing where feasible. * Participate in technical decision-making and propose improvements to architecture, processes, and tools. * Diagnose, resolve, and prevent performance, security, and stability issues in production applications. * Document solutions, architectures, and processes clearly and consistently. * Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and QA teams to ensure high-impact deliveries. **Skills and Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (mandatory). * 2–4 years of proven full stack development experience. * Proficiency in front-end frameworks and tools (React, Angular, Vue, or similar). * Solid back-end experience (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or equivalent technology). * Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (primarily MongoDB). * Familiarity with microservice-based architectures, containerization, and cloud platforms (GCP). * Proficiency in version control using GitLab and collaborative development workflows. * Strong understanding of application security and optimization best practices.
