Our team consists of passionate professionals committed to service excellence. • Location: Mexico City and Puebla We seek a Full Stack Web Programmer (entry-level/intermediate) to join the development and continuous improvement of our internal system, focused on inventory control, device maintenance, and operational management (CCTV and alarms). The selected candidate will participate in developing new features, optimizing the current system, and providing backend and frontend technical support. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) • Experience with version control using Git and GitHub • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and Laravel framework • Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / MariaDB): SQL queries, basic design, and optimization • Basic mobile development skills with Flutter • Fundamental networking knowledge (IP, ports, connectivity) • Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server operating systems Desirable Requirements (Plus) • Experience with REST APIs • Integration of external systems and services • Experience with local environments such as XAMPP or local servers • Debugging and production error resolution • Knowledge of deployments (hosting, servers, basic cloud) • Role-based access control Main Responsibilities • Development and maintenance of the CESISS system • Implementation of new features • Optimization of queries and performance • Integration with mobile applications (Flutter) • Bug fixing and technical support • Participation in system architecture improvements Candidate Profile • Proactive and self-taught • Problem-solving oriented • Interest in professional learning and growth • Teamwork capability • Attention to detail Expected Level Junior/Intermediate profile with prior projects (personal or professional), understanding of real-world system logic, and ability to contribute practical solutions.
