DE C.V. is seeking a Facilities Operator in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology services, you are invited to join our team! **Position Name: Help Desk Operator** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 08\.30 \- 2:00 pm** **Responsibilities and/or Activities** * Assist users reporting IT incidents or service requests through the various contact channels available to the service desk. * Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents reported by users and services via the designated channels, with the aim of restoring affected services as quickly as possible. * Provide first-level resolution for the largest possible number of incidents / requests reported by users, using documented support materials and work instructions stored in service desk repositories.
