Diagnose and resolve incidents on Windows and/or macOS. Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate software. Manage users, permissions, and access to corporate resources. Provide basic support for technological infrastructure (networks, cabling, connectivity, access points, modems, etc.). Handle and track tickets via ServiceNow or another service desk tool. Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures. Assist in configuring devices according to corporate security policies. PROFILE Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Information Technologies, Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field.
