As a Technical Support Assistant, you will support daily activities in the systems department, including: Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues. Configuration and support of LAN/WLAN networks. Remote and on-site user support. Installation and configuration of software, tools, and equipment. Support related to servers, cybersecurity, and backups. Advising colleagues on the use of digital tools. What are we looking for? Engineering degree, bachelor’s degree, technical career, or internship in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience or professional internships in technical support. Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, hardware, and software. Service-oriented attitude and ease in interacting with users. Ability to research, learn, and solve problems. Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills. What do we offer?
