In the Operations area, we are seeking SERVICE DESK AGENTS whose primary objective is to deliver first-level customer support at Sonda Mexico. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to users - Work via tickets - Deliver technical support, providing and recording all necessary information to meet the company’s and its customers’ internal requirements. - Provide customers with technical assistance in resolving their incidents - Manage all necessary actions to fully resolve the issue Requirements: - Proficiency in Office (Excel skills) - Experience with ERP-based ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow) - Strong communication skills - Ability to review documentation effectively - Availability to work rotating shifts -Morning shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM -Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM -Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM · We offer: - Base salary - Statutory benefits from day one - Transportation allowance - Flexible working hours. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma - General Baccalaureate years of experience Age: between 18 and 35 years old Keywords: help, assistance
