Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced API Developer to design, define, develop, maintain, and implement API components, ensuring adherence to best practices and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. API Developer Work arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office) Location: Polanco/Reforma, CDMX · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in API development (REST). Knowledge / Skills: Design and define external APIs according to the OpenAPI standard (Swagger / YAML). Develop and maintain API specifications (endpoints, methods, input/output parameters, headers, and response codes). Develop internet-exposed API components, ensuring correct functionality and performance. Ensure adoption of best practices in API design (RESTful principles, versioning, security). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for proper implementation of technological solutions. Experience with JavaScript (Node.js). Knowledge and experience with OpenAPI / Swagger (YAML). Familiarity with system integration and API architecture.
