We are a socially responsible company and a Great Place to Work® employer, offering our talent the opportunity to build a successful career within a culture of high trust, safety, diversity, and inclusion. **About the Position** Deliver internal/external staff training by implementing training processes and developing new courses, aligned with methodological guidelines established by the Training and Technical Standards Management team. **Responsibilities** * Deliver technical training—both in-person and online—to internal and external personnel, aimed at increasing knowledge of light-gauge construction systems, verified through assessments. * Develop, produce, and/or update training materials and/or website content related to USG system promotion, ensuring continued interest in offered courses. * Prepare reports related to training activities to ensure participant satisfaction and maintain control and statistics enabling continuous improvement of courses offered through Academia. * Ensure availability and proper functionality of materials/supplies required for training delivery—including tools, documentation, instructional and hands-on training materials. **Required Knowledge for This Position:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree with experience in training or technical instruction. * Knowledge of instructional design and didactics, and development of training content. * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. * Familiarity with the construction industry, blueprint reading, construction processes, and use of work tools (preferred). **Required Skills** * Experience delivering training or teaching at educational institutions or managing groups (2 years). * Experience delivering technical courses involving tool usage. * On-site training experience at construction sites, architectural firms, or construction-related workshops (preferred). **We Offer** * Competitive base salary aligned with market standards. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (GMM, SV, food vouchers, FA, gasoline vouchers). * Growth opportunities.
