We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On\-Site (5 days) **What's in it for you:** Drive standardization and operational efficiency by developing and implementing augmented reality training procedures, ensuring measurable reductions in learning time, operational errors, and rework across machining, assembly, and other areas. Additionally, enhance administrative productivity using artificial intelligence and/or automation tools, achieving quantifiable improvements in response times, information generation, and data availability for decision-making. **What you will do:** Develop and document work instructions for training as augmented reality experiences for machining and additional processes such as assembly, inspection, material handling, and other plant areas. Capture and structure the technical information required to create visual and digital instructions. Collaborate with technicians, operators, and machinery experts to understand critical processes and convert them into interactive training content. Ensure all digitized processes comply with internal safety, quality, and operational standards. Maintain an up-to-date database of augmented reality instructions and training programs, incorporating process improvements or changes. Provide basic technical support to users operating augmented reality software during training or for operational queries. Monitor and document employee performance during augmented reality training sessions, generating feedback for continuous improvement. Coordinate with area leaders to identify training needs and prioritize the development of new augmented reality content. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to standardization, process digitization, and enhanced operational efficiency. Develop or support the implementation of AI-powered automated workflows for report generation, data analysis, document management, and other administrative tasks. **What you will bring:** Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Entry-level experience in developing work instructions, procedures, or training programs; exposure to augmented reality tools, 3D modeling, or digital training platforms is desirable. Effective communication skills to interact with operators, technicians, and area leaders; ability to quickly learn new digital technologies; adaptability to changes in processes and priorities. Basic or intermediate proficiency in Vuforia or similar AR platforms (training can be provided); knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially machining and assembly; familiarity with digital design or editing tools (basic CAD, technical illustration, or 3D modeling is desirable); proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365\ applications. Familiarity with Lean methodologies or continuous improvement practices; foundational knowledge of industrial safety (EHS) and applicable plant regulations; ability to generate technical and metric impact reports (KPIs).
