Work Location: León Area We are seeking a Kiosk Facilitator (Customer Support for Government Procedures). SKILLS: 1. Customer service and service-oriented mindset. (Minimum 6 months of verifiable and recent experience) – MANDATORY; letters of recommendation required. 2. Assertive and empathetic communication. 3. Proficient computer operation. (MANDATORY) 4. Completed high school education or incomplete university degree. 5. Availability to work rotating shifts (7:30 AM–2:00 PM and 1:45 PM–8:00 PM), Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. 6. Employment stability. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide customer service and advisory support to users of the electronic government services kiosk for inquiries, procedures, payments, and services. 2. Identify and report major incidents or failures. 3. Maintain an incident logbook. 4. Keep the work area clean and organized.
