You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing the visual identity of campaigns, elected officials, candidates, or institutions—transforming proposals and complex messages into clear, persuasive, high-impact visual pieces for the public. ### **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Visual Identity Development:** Create and maintain graphic guidelines (branding, identity manuals, logos) for campaigns, candidates, or government agencies. * **Digital Platform Design:** Daily production of social media content (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok), including carousels, infographics, cover images, thumbnails, and digital advertising assets. * **Large-Format and Propaganda Design:** Creation of print-ready files for traditional printing and billboards (banners, hoardings, vehicles, flyers, brochures, etc.), ensuring correct color profiles and technical specifications. * **Audiovisual Production Support:** Collaborate with the video team on storyboards, basic motion graphics, and visual elements for editing. * **Monitoring and Rapid Response:** Design rapid-response visuals for breaking news or real-time communication crises. ### **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles (political communications agencies, government departments, political parties, or electoral campaigns).
