Description
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Incident Management:** Record and validate attendance, absences, late arrivals, overtime, vacations, and medical leaves.
* **Calculation and Processing:** Support payroll outsourcing (weekly/biweekly/monthly), as well as calculations for severance payments, settlements, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (PTU).
* **Institutional Filings:** Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) via IDSE/SUA systems, and ensure proper electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts.
* **Employee Support:** Resolve employee inquiries regarding their payments, deductions (Infonavit, Fonacot, ISR), and payroll receipts with excellent service attitude.
* **Reporting:** Generate monthly reports.
**What Are We Looking For?**
* **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles (payroll processing and IMSS management).
* **Technological Tools:** \* Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, pivot tables).
* Experience with payroll systems (CONTPAQi).
* Familiarity with IDSE, SUA, and SAT portals.
* **Soft Skills:** High sense of confidentiality, impeccable organization, resilience, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
