Provide timely follow-up on vehicles and operators during the crossing process. Maintain constant communication with Traffic, operators, and operational departments. Verify status and documentation/progress to ensure swift and seamless border crossings. Address and resolve operational incidents at the border with a solution-oriented approach. Desired profile: Experience in transportation and border logistics operations. Knowledge of import/export processes (preferred). High level of organization, follow-up capability, and sense of urgency. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous operations.
