




POSITION: Parts Controller At Peregrina Angelópolis we are looking for a Parts Controller to supervise, coordinate and optimize our parts department. If you have experience in finance, inventory management and the automotive sector, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: * Management and control of spare parts inventory. * Supervision and coordination of purchases, sales and audits of the spare parts department. * Preparation of budgets and action plans. * Financial analysis and generation of strategic reports. * Coordination with sales and service departments. * Team leadership, recruitment, performance evaluation and continuous improvement. * Operational processes and continuous improvement Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Finance or Accounting. * 5 years of experience in the automotive sector. * 4 years of experience in: * Inventory management, maintaining excellent turnover. * Development of strategies and tracking of Scorecard metrics and objectives. * Advanced knowledge of automotive systems such as Oeconection, global connect, interfactura etc. * Experience in customer service and attention. * Intermediate knowledge in recruitment, performance evaluation and improvement tools. * Analytical skills, results-oriented and leadership. * Knowledge of operational processes in the spare parts area.
