**Job Description:** We are looking for a committed Construction Supervisor with experience in social interest housing projects. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate, supervise, and monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, timelines, and budgets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site construction activities. * Verify compliance with blueprints, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate operational staff, contractors, and suppliers. * Report physical and financial progress of the project. * Manage material and human resources at the construction site. * Identify and resolve potential technical issues or schedule deviations. * Ensure proper implementation of safety and hygiene measures on site. * Guarantee construction quality at every project stage. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree or internship in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising social interest housing projects. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, budgeting, technical standards, and construction procedures. * Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Availability to travel to various construction sites.
