





Main responsibilities: * Supervise operational activities by verifying compliance with procedures, quality and safety standards to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Assign and distribute tasks to staff considering workloads and priorities to achieve daily objectives. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports to evaluate results and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations, discipline, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent incidents and maintain a safe working environment. * Verify the proper execution of logistical or production processes to sustain operational continuity and minimize deviations. * Train, guide, and evaluate operational staff to develop technical competencies and improve team performance. * Identify deviations or incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Communicate effectively with supervisors, coordinators, and other departments to ensure alignment and problem resolution. * Ensure adherence to customer-agreed delivery timelines to maintain high service levels. * Participate in audits, follow-up meetings, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen departmental efficiency. Requirements: * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational and logistics supervision. * Knowledge of performance indicators, process control, and safety regulations. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency in analytical tools and ERP systems (preferred). Position type: Full-time Salary: $9,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
