ECOE CONSTRUCTORA ELECTRICA DUE TO EXPANSION, WE ARE SEEKING: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT Position Objective: Monitor compliance with activities assigned to operational staff according to the construction schedule, ensuring timely and proper execution. Responsibilities: * Verify that the scope of work outlined in the construction schedule has been contracted by the client. * Supervise activity execution and compliance with the progress schedule. * Prepare logbook notes, meeting minutes, and constraint reports. * Resolve issues arising during construction execution. * Receive and validate completed work for delivery to the client. * Update construction progress and request drawing modifications. Requirements: * Education: Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering degree (recent graduates). * Experience: Preferably 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Skills: Teamwork, decision-making, organization, effective communication. * Technical Knowledge: Construction processes, interpretation of electrical drawings, electrical materials. * Software Proficiency: Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel.
