**Position: Textile Cutter** **Overview** A **growing textile company** is seeking to add a **responsible, precise, and quality-focused** individual to its team. The **Textile Cutter** will be responsible for **marking, cutting, and classifying materials**, ensuring **accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with production standards.** **Main Responsibilities** * Review **production orders and cutting plans** before beginning work. * Place, spread, and align **fabric rolls** onto cutting tables. * Mark patterns on fabric following **digital/manual templates or guides.** * Operate **manual or automated cutting machines** (guillotine, vertical cutter, laser, etc.). * Verify that cut pieces meet **measurements and quality specifications.** * Minimize material waste through **efficient and precise layout techniques.** * Label, classify, and organize cut pieces for the sewing department. * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of cutting tools and equipment. * Comply with **industrial safety regulations and PPE usage.** * Report any incidents, defects, or missing items detected in the fabrics. **Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school (Technical High School in Textile Manufacturing preferred). * **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in textile cutting, contract manufacturing, or industrial garment production. * **Availability:** Full-time with flexible schedule. * **Marital status:** No preference. **Technical Knowledge** * Fabric marking and cutting techniques. * Operation of **manual and automated cutting machines.** * Interpretation of **patterns, templates, and technical drawings.** * Basic use of measuring instruments (tape measure, ruler, square). **Skills and Competencies** * **Precision and attention to detail.** * Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. * Organization, cleanliness, and order in the workplace. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Speed and efficiency without compromising quality. * Strict adherence to industrial safety regulations. **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $8,364 per month. * **Statutory benefits** after the first month. * **Work uniform and tools provided.** * **Ongoing training.** * **Stable, safe work environment with growth opportunities.** If you are passionate about the textile industry and want to grow within a solid, expanding company, **join our team and grow with us!** Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,364.00 per month Work location: On-site
