**Opening: Knitter (Sweaters and Knitted Garments)** **Job Description** A continuously growing textile company is seeking to add to its team an experienced **Knitter** in the manufacturing of knitted garments. This role is essential to ensure flawless finishes on sweaters, vests, cardigans, and other fine knitted garments. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate specialized knitting machines for knitted garments. * Inspect knitted pieces before knitting, ensuring they meet required measurements, tensions, and finishes. * Adjust threads, needles, and tensions according to fabric type (wool, cotton, acrylic, and blends). * Assemble garment parts such as sleeves, collars, fronts, and backs, following patterns and technical sheets. * Perform invisible or decorative seams according to garment design. * Guarantee seam quality, avoiding puckering, skipped stitches, or misaligned pieces. * Report any machine or material anomalies to the relevant department. * Meet assigned production targets. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Assist in additional assembly processes when necessary. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary school (technical training in garment manufacturing or textiles preferred). * **Experience:** At least 1 year operating knitting machines for knitted garments. * **Availability:** Full-time. * **Marital status:** Any. **Required Knowledge** * Operation and adjustment of knitting machines. * Assembly of knitted garments. * Fine knitting finishing techniques. * Detection of defects in fabric, tension, and seams. **Skills and Competencies** * Precision and excellent manual dexterity. * Focus on quality and detail. * Ability to perform meticulous and repetitive tasks. * Organized and responsible. * Teamwork. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $8,364 monthly. * Statutory benefits starting from the second month. * Work uniform and tools. * Ongoing training. * Job stability and growth opportunities. **Join Our Team!** If you are passionate about manufacturing knitted garments and are looking for job stability and professional development, **this opportunity is for you**.
