Hotel Casa Inn Premium Querétaro Join our team! **VACANCY: MAINTENANCE OFFICER** *MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Promptly address reports of malfunctions in guest rooms, common areas, and hotel services. * Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and air-conditioning work. * Support preventive maintenance of systems (air conditioners, pumps, boilers, lighting fixtures, etc.). *REQUIREMENTS:* * **Education:** Technical high school diploma (electricity, electromechanics, or maintenance). * **Experience:** 1 year of general maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, hospitals, or shopping centers. * **Skills:** Proactivity and quick response, teamwork and coordination with other departments, service-oriented attitude, and problem-solving under pressure. *WORK SCHEDULE:* * Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. * Shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
