**Job Title: Medical Stop\-Loss Data \& Benefits Analyst (Entry Level)** **Location: Remote – Mexico** **Department: Operations / Data \& Intake** **Schedule: Full\-Time (8 Hours)** **Compensation: 15,000 – 24,000 MXN per month (based on experience and background)** **About the Role** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Data \& Benefits Analyst to join our growing Medical Stop\-Loss (MSL) operations team. This entry\-level role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in benefits administration, policy review, and data entry, who are eager to build a career in the rapidly evolving self\-funded insurance space. The Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and entering benefit and policy data across multiple systems—supporting underwriting, quoting, and claims workflows within the MSL lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams in the U.S. and Mexico to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all submissions. **Key Responsibilities** * Benefits Review \& Validation: Analyze plan documents, summary of benefits, and RFP materials for accuracy and completeness. * Data Entry \& Quality Control: Input and maintain policy, census, and claims data in internal platforms with precision. * System Updates \& Corrections: Identify discrepancies, validate data, and proactively correct errors. * Reporting \& Tracking: Prepare daily and weekly status reports with productivity metrics and quality scores. * Collaboration \& Communication: Work closely with leads and underwriters to clarify benefit interpretations. * Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve workflows and support automation initiatives. **Qualifications** **Education:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related field. * We will also consider technical trade experience with a high school diploma. **Experience:** * 1\+ year of experience in benefits administration, insurance data entry, or healthcare operations. * Medical stop\-loss or self\-funded benefits experience strongly preferred. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Strong keyboarding skills (45\+ WPM) and accuracy. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required. **Work Environment** * Remote (Mexico) * Full\-time schedule with flexibility based on U.S. client needs * Tools Provided: Secure laptop and system access * Benefits: Competitive salary, performance incentives, paid training, and advancement opportunities Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado Sueldo: $15,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
