They ensure HR policies are implemented effectively to support business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with care. Job Functions or Activities Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth introduction to company policies and culture. Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee inquiries and resolve work-related issues. Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within a similar industry. Solid knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
