**Raw Material Programming Assistant** **Position Objective** Support the planning, programming, and monitoring of raw material supply for the company's branches, ensuring timely product delivery in accordance with operational demand, inventory levels, and distribution logistics, thereby contributing to the uninterrupted operation of over 160 branches nationwide. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support daily and weekly raw material programming for branches. * Track the supply of key inputs. * Monitor branch inventories, consumption, and operational needs. * Prepare programming, supply, and product control reports. * Verify on-time and in-full delivery performance. * Identify shortages, surpluses, or variations in raw material consumption. * Update databases, orders, and internal controls. * Assist in generating basic demand forecasts. * Track incidents related to deliveries or supply. **Position Profile** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or technical program in: * Administration * Industrial Engineering * or related field. **Experience** * 1–2 years in: * Supply programming **Knowledge** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Inventory control and analysis. * Supply planning and programming. * Database and reporting management. * ERP or administrative systems experience preferred. * Procurement **Competencies** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Teamwork Salary: Starting at $9,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
