Results-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects. **Full Job Description** **About the Position** Event Coordinator: We are looking for a responsible individual to plan events, ensuring effective communication, proper client management, and performance tracking to drive results. **Requirements:** * Effective communication; effective local contacts in the Santiago area. * Knowledge of, communication about, and planning of events. * Ability to organize events and manage complete logistics. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage suppliers, negotiate, and administer budgets. * High level of organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. * Results-oriented and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. * Social media management skills. * Responsible and organized individual. **Responsibilities:** * Create advertising and communication materials, including visual content, to promote event services. * Organize events, conferences, birthdays, etc. * Coordinate all event logistics: venues, staff, suppliers. * Supervise ongoing events to address any needs that arise. * Document processes, schedule activities, and track event projects. * Coordinate with branch leaders for execution. * Answer phone calls exclusively for scheduling, reporting, etc. **Schedule:** * Tuesday to Sunday (variable hours depending on events) **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * Event-based incentive percentage * Free uniforms * Weekly base salary Workplace: On-site position at Mille Delices Santiago, Nuevo Leon.
