We are looking for a **Technical Support and Quality Engineer (Junior / Recent Graduate)** to join our operations team, focused on learning processes and executing control tests. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Execution of Control Tests:** Conduct quality tests following established technical protocols to ensure process and product integrity. * **Documentation and Follow-up (CAPA):** Document detected defects in detail and rigorously track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * **Material Inspection:** Assist in the technical inspection of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. * **Metrics Management (KPIs):** Support the collection and analysis of critical data to generate performance metrics and quality reports. * **Regulatory Support:** Collaborate in activities related to maintaining the quality management system under ISO 9001. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Recent graduate in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field). * **English Proficiency (B1 – Intermediate):** Ability to read technical manuals, write basic failure reports, and participate in meetings using structured sentences. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of the **ISO 9001** standard and proficiency in **statistical quality tools**. * **Skills:** Focus on continuous learning, attention to detail, analytical ability, and excellent willingness to work as a team. * **Initiative:** Proactivity in problem-solving and executing tests in plant/laboratory environments.
