Responsibilities * Apply fundamental object-oriented design and development concepts. * Design, implement, and maintain complex engineering solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. * Research and evaluate new technologies to evolve the technology stack. * Assume full ownership of solutions within Agile SCRUM teams. * Participate in all Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives). * Collaborate with Product Owners to define new features and user stories. * Conduct code reviews ensuring standards, architectural patterns, and alignment with product vision. * Address production incidents to prevent service disruptions. * Develop and support automated testing and quality practices. * Create and update technical documentation (specifications, diagrams, implementation guides). * Mentor and train other Software Engineers. * Lead challenging software engineering projects. * Balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Requirements * 6–8 years of professional software development experience. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred). * Proficiency in Java-based technologies. * Experience in database design and usage. * Experience with Web Services and serialization (JSON, REST, SOAP, XML). * Familiarity with application servers (e.g., Tomcat). * Experience writing optimized queries. * Experience in web application architecture and development. * Experience with Kubernetes-based applications.
