This role involves directing the creation of durable security architectures, establishing enterprise\-wide policies, and working hand\-in\-hand with varied teams to safeguard mission\-critical data—apply now to be instrumental in strengthening our defense. **Responsibilities** * Plan and build robust IAM security frameworks * Lead formulation and deployment of wide\-ranging security plans * Confirm that integrated technologies comply with policy and security standards * Coordinate with business divisions to embed security into strategic operations * Mentor peers on adherence to security best practices * Create and manage governance policies for all supported security infrastructures * Keep abreast of innovations and potential challenges in security * Investigate and address complex security threats * Outline and promote forward\-looking IAM strategies * Manage and advance authentication and federation solutions * Assure protection of systems and applications in diverse environments **Requirements** * At least 5 years working with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Experience with JavaScript, Java, or Python * Expert knowledge of Active Directory (AD) or other LDAP\-based directories * Deep expertise in intrusion detection, drafting security policies, and OS hardening * Capability in SSO, Federation (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and PKI * Understanding of identity management processes and cloud architectures * Basic insight into device authentication methods * Leadership experience in applying security best practices effectively * Proven success in devising sustainable enterprise security roadmaps * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical thinking strengths * Effective collaboration and communication skills * Ability to work with little direct supervision * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) level of English **Nice to have** * Knowledge of an expanded set of IAM solutions * Hands\-on knowledge of HashiCorp Vault * Familiarity with BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Experience with incident tracing and logging * Skill in real\-time troubleshooting of security systems
