At Morysan Comercial, a leading company in the paper industry, we are looking for **Printing Machinery Operators** in the Paper Industry with experience in **Flexographic Printing.** Requirements: * **Minimum education**: Junior high school. * **Minimum experience**: 3 years as an operator of automatic and semi-automatic machines; experience in **central drum flexographic printing** is preferred. * Printing on **non-laminated substrates** * Operation of automatic and semi-automatic machines with **central drum, medium-width, and/or wide-width** configurations. * Proficiency in **PLC** and **machinery control systems** * Ability to perform **adjustments and calibration** * Knowledge of **8-color printing processes, color control, quality control, water-based inks, anilox rolls, stick-back, engraved plate mounting, tension control, and roll-to-roll operations.** * Commitment to quality, teamwork, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities: * Operate and adjust **automatic and semi-automatic flexographic printing machines**, ensuring compliance with quality specifications. * Supervise proper **machinery operation** during production cycles. * Perform **adjustments and calibrations** to guarantee efficient and high-quality production. * Monitor the **printing process**, verifying appropriate material usage and correct print alignment. * **Detect and resolve equipment failures** quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime. * Maintain production records, material consumption logs, and preventive maintenance schedules for machines. * Comply with **industrial safety standards** and company-established procedures.
