PAYROLL ANALYST Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience preparing payroll for approximately 1,000 employees. Advanced Excel skills (database management). Proficiency in Income Tax (ISR) as applied to salaries and wages. In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Social Security Law (LSS). Personal qualities: Teamwork, organization, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare: * Payroll-related tax calculations (ISN) * Payroll calculations and adjustments * Severance payment calculations * Bank payment layout * Monthly and annual ISR adjustments COMPENSATION: Starting salary of $15,000 net monthly Statutory benefits effective from Day 1 Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM If you meet the profile and are interested in this position, apply now — we will contact you immediately!
