UNIVERSIDAD DEL VALLE DE MÉXICO CAMPUS TEXCOCO About the Role FACULTY FOR OBJECT-ORIENTED PROGRAMMING In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating learning and creating an environment where students can construct their own knowledge by incorporating new methodologies that foster creativity and meaningful learning. Your work will align with our global mission, generating impact on campus operational excellence and academic quality. Your Key Challenges • Maintain an orderly and respectful environment. • Resolve conflicts and disruptive behaviors, and promote healthy coexistence. • Capture and sustain attention in a highly distracting context. • Stimulate interest in learning and encourage active participation. • Use digital tools effectively. • Guide students in their responsible and critical use of technology. • Complete lesson plans, documentation, reports, and assessments. Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering, Network Administration, or Mechatronics. • Master’s degree in Computer Science. • Proven teaching experience at upper secondary or higher education levels. • Proven professional experience. Desirable: • Experience in global or educational environments. • Key competencies: strategic thinking, innovation, collaborative leadership, service orientation, analytical vision.
