What will you do in this role?
* **Lead and manage** the Technical Support team.

Essential Technical Skills
* Advanced proficiency with ticket management systems (Help Desk / Service Desk).
* Solid knowledge of network diagnostics (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) and connectivity.
* Experience configuring and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).
* Proficiency with productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
* Knowledge of CCTV systems.
