Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment Laser printers Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Configuration of routers, switches, and network hubs Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers Replace components, track incidents, provide support, and close reports 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical fault requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the customer.
