Proven experience of more than eight years in building construction execution, both in physical supervision and administrative follow-up 3\. Experience as superintendent, construction coordinator, and/or construction manager, leading projects entirely, including execution, billing of estimates, client interaction, conflict resolution, coordination of teams to generate outputs, integration of activities across different fronts 4\. Demonstrated ability in managing time, cost, and quality in projects exceeding $15 million pesos, through schedules, work references, success stories, etc. 5\. High interpersonal intelligence to effectively interact with diverse work teams and accept constructive criticism 6\. Decision-making skills 7\. Proactive 8\. Desired experience in developing executive projects 9\. Strong commitment to achieving objectives 10\. Ability to work under pressure 11\. Experience in client relations 12\.
