Position Summary: Monitor compliance with operational responsibilities related to foreign trade, providing advisory support and dispute resolution while ensuring adherence to current regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and auditing of foreign trade operations and expense accounts. 2. Execution of virtual operations and regime changes. 3. Administration of the Fixed Asset master file and safeguarding of certifications. **Job Description.** Monitor full compliance with post-customs clearance foreign trade operational responsibilities within the company, provide advisory support and resolve disputes arising from daily operational uncertainties, and ensure adherence to applicable current regulations. Responsibilities and Functions * Management and auditing of foreign trade operation files. * Management and auditing of foreign trade operation expense accounts. * Receipt and auditing of CTMs with the ITA company. * Execution of virtual operations with customers and suppliers. * Execution of regime changes via CTM, balances, scrap, or ad hoc cases. * Substantive and formal auditing of foreign trade operations to request corrections when necessary. * Populating Annex 24 with foreign trade operations. * Validate that catalogs, reports, and modules in the annex meet minimum legal requirements and are correctly assigned per applicable TLM standards. * Processing permits, prior authorizations, RyRNA, NOMs, and other requirements for operations. * Establishing procedures and applicable regulations for non-traditional foreign trade operations. * Administration of the Fixed Asset master file. * Ensuring alignment between the company profile and its compliance level, maintaining proper order. * Resolving questions and/or inquiries regarding foreign trade operations. * Safeguarding certificates of origin for our foreign trade operations. **Position Profile** * Gender: Not specified * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade / Foreign Trade / International Business or related field. * Experience: 1–2 years in the automotive industry Skills: * Foreign trade regulations * IMMEX / PROSEC * CIVA * VUCEM / Tax mailbox * SCI / SCCCyG * Computer equipment and office software suite Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
