Job Summary: We are seeking an IN HOUSE candidate for transportation, responsible for inventory control and management of units, recordkeeping, audits, and action plan follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full control and visibility of new unit inventory 2. Systematic recording and updating of unit movements 3. Management of quality audits and OEA compliance **TRANSPORTATION COMPANY SEEKING:** IN HOUSE **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate Excel skills. * No issues with commuting to Mercatus Huejotzingo yard. * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related degree. * Knowledge of finished unit inventory. * Administrative knowledge. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full control and visibility of new unit inventory. * Record new unit arrivals and departures at the yard. * Update any unit movement in the system. * Upload documentation for each unit into the system. * Ensure units have all required accessories; maintain related records. * High commitment to customers to ensure up-to-date information. * Internal quality audits. * Attend to and ensure customer, OEA, and operational follow-up audits every two months. * Action plan follow-up. * Provide billing department with maintenance movement data for invoicing. * KPI development. **WE OFFER:** * Daily salary. * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Bonus pay.
