You will be responsible for analyzing databases, developing improvements to reporting and control tools, tracking system validations, and supporting field operational supervision to ensure proper service execution and information quality. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Review and adjust analysis documents to ensure correct system development. Design and develop distributed services and new operational support tools. Design and execute system validation tests and track corrections. Analyze daily databases of deliveries performed by the operational team. Develop improvements to productivity control reporting. Finalize and maintain operational tracking dashboards. Provide third-level support to users reporting incidents. Document systems in accordance with established standards. Support physical site visits and field operational supervision across various neighborhoods of the city using an Iron Mountain vehicle. What You'll Bring (Requirements): Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in an intermediate-level programming or systems analysis role. Proficiency in Python, SQL Server, and Data Studio is mandatory. Experience in database analysis, reporting, and tool development. Valid driver's license. Availability to conduct physical field visits. Power BI and Powtoon proficiency is desirable.
