Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Desk Agent fluent in French to deliver first-level technical support, log incidents, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Key Highlights: 1. Provide first-level technical support to customers in French. 2. Log and document incidents in the ticketing system. 3. Resolve technical issues and provide assistance for hardware, software, and networks. **Position: Service Desk Agent – French Language** * Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Work Mode: On-site. * Location: Puebla. * French: Advanced * English: \+B2 (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to deliver first-level technical support. * Log and document incidents, requests, changes, and transports in the ticketing system. * Resolve technical issues. * Provide assistance in resolving hardware, software, and network issues. * Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues. **Required Knowledge:** * Knowledge of information technologies and related fields. * Experience handling Microsoft Office suite. * Strong willingness to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Customer service experience (internships accepted). **Skills:** * Customer service orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Process adherence and standardization. * Active communication.
